: (1) There will be a Pragya Sabha as the highest body of the Pragya Pratishthan.
(2) The composition of the Assembly shall be as follows:-
(a) Chancellor – Chairman
(b) Vice-Chancellor – Vice-President
(c) Secretary, Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation – Member
(d) Twenty-four persons nominated by the Prime Minister from among the specific people related to the field of fine arts, taking into account the inclusiveness, including women, to be appropriately represented - members
(e) Secretary – Member – Secretary
(3) The term of office of the nominated member as per sub-section (2) shall be four years.
(4) If the position of a nominated member of the assembly becomes vacant due to any reason, another person will be nominated from the same category or field for the remaining term.
(5) The facilities of the members of the assembly shall be as prescribed.
