(1) The work, duties and powers of the Coordination Committee constituted under Section 8 of the Act shall be as follows M-
( (a) To provide necessary support and coordination in the work of the Organization and Management Survey Committee, (b) to prepare an updated record of all government employees for the purpose of adjusting or assigning employees to the Ministry and Instructing the secretaries of ministries, commissions, secretariats or offices to send to the service management body,
(c) Organizations required at the provincial and local levels in matters related to adjusting or assigning staff Coordinating in relation to maintaining structure and positions,
(d) Monitoring work related to adjustment and staffing and giving instructions in this regard,
