Section 32
Special provisions relating to the collection and distribution of news
(1) Notwithstanding anything else written in this Act, other national and international news committees may, with the approval of the Government of Nepal, collect news within Nepal ……….. and send it abroad.
(2) News committees as per sub-section (1) shall be allowed to sell and distribute their news within Nepal …….
