(1) A person who makes a significant contribution in any field of social service or who performs such actions to save the elderly, children, infirm, helpless, disabled and physically or mentally suffering people can be awarded the Social Service Gem.
(2) The design and shape of the decoration as per sub-rule (1) shall be as mentioned in Appendix Two Schedule-7.
