(1) Notwithstanding anything contained in rule 16, the concerned district court may remove a social worker, child psychologist or child specialist appointed under sub-rule (2) of rule 15 in the following cases :- [a) In case of bad conduct,
(b) in case of lack of efficiency, (d) When notified to sit in the Children's Court or Children's Court, if the person does not appear for three consecutive times without an excuse. (2) Before removal according to sub-rule (1), the concerned district court shall give the concerned member an opportunity to be heard.
(3) A social worker, child psychologist or child specialist appointed in accordance with sub-rule (2) of rule 15 may resign from the position by giving written information to the relevant district court that he/she is unable to work in that position, and the relevant court shall inform the committee of such resignation.
