Rule 13
Qualification of social worker
11) The qualification of a person participating as a social worker in children's court shall be as follows :-
(a) Having obtained at least a bachelor's degree or sophomore degree in social work, child development or child rights from a recognized university or having received at least one month's training in child welfare or social service after having obtained at least a bachelor's degree or sophomore degree in any subject from a recognized university, < br> (b) Not having been convicted of a criminal offense by the court.
(No matter what is written in clause (a) of sub-rule (1) of 21, if a person who has passed graduation level or equivalent is not available in the Himalayan district, it will be difficult to appoint a person who has passed at least certificate level and has received at least one month training in relation to child rights or social service. no
