(1) According to this act, the committee has been formed and is operating and if the plan, project or organization transferred from the government of Nepal to the provincial government is deemed necessary to be operated as a development committee by the provincial government, the committee shall be formed by publishing a notice in the provincial gazette.

(2) The work and duties of the committee shall be determined by the order under sub-section (1) and at the time of formation of the committee shall be known by the name specified in the order.

(3) In the order notified to the committee There will be three persons appointed by the provincial government based on the specified criteria.

(4) The committee formed as per sub-section (1) shall be automatically disbanded after the plan, project is implemented and the notice thereof shall be published in the provincial gazette.
