(1) The Ministry shall establish a monitoring and inspection committee for the purpose of monitoring and inspecting whether the licensed company has complied with the provisions of this regulation and the instructions given by the Ministry while operating the casino.
(2) According to sub-rule (1) it shall be the duty of the licensed company to provide necessary support to the committee in the work related to monitoring and inspection.
(3) The committee shall submit a report to the Ministry in the format as per schedule-6 within seven days of monitoring or inspecting the casino.
