Section 14
May form committee, sub-committee or task force
(1) The executive may form a committee or sub-committee under the coordination of a member as necessary to organize its work.
(2) The rural municipality and municipality may form a working group under the coordination of a member or a subject expert in the area where subject expertise is required.
(3) The scope of work, term of office and other matters of the committee, sub-committee or working group formed in accordance with sub-section (1) or (2) shall be as specified at the time of formation of such committee, sub-committee or working group.
