(1) The required number of employees may remain in the committee.
(2) Until the staff is appointed to the committee, the government of Nepal shall provide the necessary staff to the committee at the request of the committee.
(3) The appointment, remuneration, facilities and conditions of service of the employees of the committee shall be as prescribed.
