In addition to the duties, duties and rights mentioned in the Act, the other duties, duties and rights of the committee shall be as follows:-

(a) To keep records related to health workers and health institutions. Determining the details to be disclosed in the records, (b) Establishing the necessary basis and criteria for determining what is considered to be misconduct or serious negligence on the part of health workers and health institutions, (c) Health workers and health institutions Determining the standards and limits of the amount to be incurred by the committee while defending the case filed in the court demanding compensation, (d) Precaution to be adopted by health workers and health institutions in order to prevent the occurrence of emergency incidents that may occur during health treatment. To inform health workers and health institutions about precautions and to prevent negligence, and submit it to the Ministry, (f) To do other necessary work regarding the safety of health workers and health institutions.
