Rule 18
Other functions, duties and rights of the committee
In addition to the functions, duties and rights mentioned in section 26 of the Act, the other functions, duties and rights of the committee shall be as follows:-
(a) To give necessary instructions to the department regarding the management and use of confiscated assets and instruments in accordance with the order of the court,
(B) - To approve the programs submitted by the department regarding the use of funds. 19, Can modify the schedule: The Ministry can modify the schedule as needed by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette.
