4. Work, duties and rights of the committee

The work, duties and rights of the committee will be as follows.

(a) To manage and operate the hospital,
(b) To formulate long-term and short-term plans for the development of the hospital (c) Gathering the necessary means and resources for the management and operation of the hospital,
(d) To approve the budget of the hospital,
(e) determining service charges of hospitals,
(f) Protecting and maintaining the physical assets of the hospital,
(G) To submit the annual report of the hospital to the Government of Nepal (h) To perform other functions necessary for the operation of the hospital.
