2. Definition

Unless the subject or context requires otherwise, in this order:

(a) “hospital” means a mental hospital.

(b) “Committee” means It shall mean the Mental Hospital Development Committee constituted as per section 3.

(c) “Member” shall mean the member of the committee and the term shall also refer to the Chairman.
