The work, duties and rights of the Committee shall be as follows:-
(a) Accepting cash or in-kind assistance from the Government of Nepal, national or international organizations,
(B) Conducting and conducting necessary programs to guide the unemployed towards self-employment (c) To conduct orientation programs for the promotion of the program and to appoint and mobilize the necessary volunteers,
(d) To provide the loan amount approved by the relevant banks, financial institutions and cooperatives to such banks, financial institutions and cooperatives for conducting self-employment programs. (e) To pay the premium to the respective insurance company in case the loan is insured and take necessary steps to provide compensation in case of damage,
(f) Designate the organization to conduct the training program according to the purpose of the fund and manage the necessary for the same,
(g) To inspect, monitor and evaluate the self-employment programs run by taking loans from the funds, (g1) Banks, financial institutions and cooperatives will build a mechanism of supporting organizations at the local level to create an environment for investing in youth self-employment programs. (G2) Coordinating with government and non-government organizations regarding the operations of the fund (G3) To approve the organization structure of the fund,
(h) To do other necessary work to achieve the purpose of the fund.
