: The work, duties and rights of the Committee shall be as follows:-
(a) Advising the Government of Nepal to formulate a national policy on pesticides (B) Establish coordination between private and government sector in pesticide production and distribution.
(c) Encouraging the private sector to invest in the pesticide industry (d) Regulate or control the quality of pesticides produced by private or government-run pesticide industries.
