In this Act, unless the subject or context otherwise requires,–
(a) "Pesticides" means pesticides (pesticides) used to kill harmful germs on seeds, plants, trees, animals, birds, etc.
(b) "Committee" means Pesticides Committee constituted as per Section 3.
(c) "Notified pesticide" shall mean the pesticide prescribed by the Government of Nepal by notified order in accordance with section 10.
