4. Work, duties and rights of the committee

The work, duties and rights of the committee will be as follows.
(a) To manage and operate the hospital,
(b) To formulate long-term and short-term plans for the development of the hospital (c) To procure necessary means and resources for managing and operating the hospital,
(d) To approve the budget of the hospital,
(e) determining the service charges of the hospital,
(f) Protecting and maintaining the physical property of the hospital,
(G) To submit the annual report of the hospital to the Government of Nepal (h) To perform other functions necessary for the operation of the hospital.
