2. Definition

Unless the subject or context requires otherwise, in this Order:
(a) "Hospital" means Naradevi Ayurveda Hospital.
(b) "Committee" means the Naradevi Ayurveda Hospital constituted as per clause 3.
(c) "Member" means a member of the committee and the term includes the chairman.
