The functions, duties and powers of the Committee shall be as follows:-
(a) Taking into account the suggestions mentioned in the report of the Finance Committee (House of Representatives) regarding privatization and recommending to the Government of Nepal the program and priorities related to privatization.
(B) conducting study and research to formulate privatization programs.
(c) To evaluate the institutions and submit the recommendations for the process of privatization to the Government of Nepal.
(D) Removing obstacles and maintaining coordination in relation to privatization.
(e) To monitor the decisions and agreements related to privatization.
(f) Formation of sub-committees as required in relation to privatization.
(g) To do other things if necessary in relation to privatization.
