: In addition to the functions, duties and powers mentioned elsewhere in this Act, the functions, duties and powers of the Committee shall be as follows:-
(a) To operate the cooperative according to the values, beliefs and principles of the cooperative (B) To carry out economic and administrative work (c) Convening of preliminary general meeting, annual general meeting and special general meeting (d) To execute the decisions of the general meeting, (e) Formulating the policy, plan, budget and annual program of the cooperative organization and submitting it to the general meeting,
(f) Granting membership of co-operative societies and removal from membership,
(G) To perform actions related to share transfer and return,
(h) To take membership of the concerned association,
(i) Prepare regulations and internal procedures and submit them to the general meeting (j) To carry out necessary actions for the promotion of the business and interests of the cooperative organization within the scope of the cooperative organization,
(k) To perform other tasks as prescribed.
