(1) There shall be a separate fund for the operation of the committee.
(2) The fund as per sub-section (1) shall have the following amounts:-
(a) Amount received from Government of Nepal,
(b) Funds received from foreign governments, domestic or foreign associations, organizations or individuals,
(c) The amount received by leasing the movable and immovable property of the committee,
(d) Amounts received for services rendered by the Committee (e) Amount received from any other source.
(3) Before receiving the amount as per clause (b) of sub-section (2), the committee shall obtain the approval of the Ministry of Finance.
(4) The committee shall open an account in any commercial bank within Nepal and deposit the amount in the fund according to sub-section (1).
(5) All expenses incurred in the name of the committee shall be met from the fund as per sub-section (1).
(6) The accounting of the committee shall be conducted by the joint signature of the executive director and the staff working on accounting of the committee.
