8. Fund of the Committee

(1) The Committee shall have a separate fund and the following amounts shall be in that fund:-

(a) Funds received from the Government of Nepal.
(b) amount provided by way of donation or assistance by any person or organization.
(c) Funds received from international associations, organizations, foreign governments or agencies (d) Amount received for any service provided by the committee.
(e) Subsidy amount received from District Development Committee, Municipality or Village Development Committee related to Bhanu Birthplace Development Committee.
(f) Amount received from any other source. (2) Before receiving the amount under clause (c) of sub-section (1), the committee shall obtain the approval of the Government of Nepal.
(3) The funds remaining in the funds of the committee will be deposited in an account opened in a bank in Nepal.
(4) All expenses incurred in the name of the committee shall be met from the fund as per sub-section (1).
(5) The operation of the account of the committee shall be as determined by the committee.
