(1) The committee shall have a separate fund of its own.
(2) The fund as per sub-section (1) shall have the following amounts:-
(a) Amount received from Government of Nepal,
(b) Conditions and procedures for adoption of Nepalese children to foreign citizens, the amount to be collected according to sub-section (2) of section 19 of 2065,
(c) money received from any person or institution,
(d) Funds received from foreign governments or individuals or international associations, organizations,
(e) Amount received from any other source.
(3) Before receiving the amount as per clause (d) of sub-section (2), the committee shall obtain the approval of the Government of Nepal.
(4) The fund will be operated as a revolving fund (5) The committee shall open an account in any commercial bank within Nepal and deposit the amount in the fund according to sub-section (1).
(6) All expenses incurred in the name of the committee shall be met from the fund under sub-section (1).
(7) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (6), an amount up to ten percent of the total annual income of the fund can be used for the operation of the office of the committee.
(8) The operation of the fund of the committee shall be as prescribed.
