(1) The funds of the Committee constituted under section 3 or 3A shall include the following:

(a) rupees provided by the Government of Nepal or any other non-governmental person, and

(b) Funds given by the government of Nepal by any foreign agency.

(2) The money and funds of the committee will be used to implement the programs specified in the order issued for the purpose of forming the committee.
