Rule 22
Committee expenses
(1) The committee shall spend the funds received by it on the programs specified in the action plan.
(2) Expenses to be incurred on behalf of the committee and other administrative expenses shall be borne from the funds of the committee. But the administrative expenses will not exceed twenty five percent of the total expenses of the committee.
