:(1) An executive committee will be formed to conduct, organize and conduct the necessary programs to achieve the objectives of the board in an orderly manner and to supervise and manage all the activities of the board.
(2) The Committee shall consist of the following members:-
(a) Secretary, Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation – Chairman (b) One member selected by the members of the Board from among the members nominated as per Clause (g) – Vice President
(c) Joint Secretary, Ministry of Finance – Member
(d) Director General, Immigration Department – ​​Member
(e) At least one official of the first rank of the National Assembly nominated by the Government of Nepal from among other ministries related to tourism development - Member
(f) Director General, Nepal Civil Aviation Authority – Member
(G) 5 people nominated by the Government of Nepal under Section 10 from among tourism professionals, experts related to tourism and natural and cultural heritage involved in promoting tourism - members
(h) Executive Head – Member – Secretary
(3) The term of office of the members nominated in accordance with clause (g) of sub-section (2) shall be three years and after the expiry of the term of office, they may be nominated for one more time.
(4) Until the executive head is appointed in accordance with section 14, the committee may appoint a member to act as a member-secretary of the committee. But for a member to work as a member-secretary of the committee, the appointment of the executive head must be completed within three months of the appointed date.
(5) If the committee deems it necessary, it may invite a local expert, consultant or eminent person related to the tourism business to participate in the meeting of the committee as an observer.
