(1) There will be a fund management committee for the operation and management of the fund.
(2) The composition of the committee shall be as follows:-

(a) Secretary of the Ministry – Chairman
(b) Joint Secretary, Ministry of Education – Member
(c) Joint Secretary, Ministry of Law, Justice, Constituent Assembly and Parliamentary Affairs – Member
(d) Joint Secretary, Ministry of Federal Affairs and Local Development – ​​Member
(e) Joint Secretary, Ministry of Health and Population – Member
(f) Director General, Women and Children Department – ​​Member
(g) Deputy Inspector General of Police, Directorate of Women and Children, Police Headquarters – Member
(h) At least two women-members who are represented by the organization designated by the committee among the non-governmental, community or cooperative organizations working in the field of single women
(i) Joint Secretary of the Ministry (looking after women) – Member – Secretary

(3) The term of office of the nominated member according to sub-rule (2) shall be two years.

(4) Sub-rule (3) Notwithstanding anything written in the Ministry, if any nominated member does not act according to his position, the Ministry can remove him at any time.
(5) Before removing a member as per sub-rule (4), the Ministry shall give him an opportunity to submit his explanation.
