(1) There shall be a Fund Board of Directors to carry out all operations on behalf of the Fund.

(2) The following members shall be members of the Committee as per sub-rule (1):-

(a) Secretary to the Ministry – Chairman
(b) Director General of the Department – ​​Member
(c) Head, Policy, Planning and International Coordination Division, Ministry – Member
(d) Head, Human Resource and Financial Resource Management Division, Ministry - Member
(e) Joint Secretary, Ministry of Finance – Member
(f) Joint Secretary, Ministry of Federal Affairs and Local Development – ​​Member
(g) Joint Secretary, Ministry of Education – Member
(h) Three members including at least one woman nominated by the Ministry to be represented from among the persons involved in the vaccination program or non-governmental organizations - members
(i) Director, Child Health Division, Department of Health Services - Member-Secretary

(3) The term of office of members nominated as per sub-rule (2) shall be two years.

(4) Sub-rule ( Notwithstanding anything written in 3), if a member does not fulfill his official duties, the Ministry may remove him from membership at any time. However, he shall not be deprived of the opportunity to submit an explanation before being removed from the membership.
