3. Formation of Committee: (1) To develop the Salhesh area as a tourism business, there will be a committee named Salhesh Area Tourism Promotion Development Committee.
(2) The formation of the committee will be as follows:-

(a) A person appointed by the Government of Nepal from among the people who have permanent residence in the Salhesh area - Chairman
(b) Head of District Administration Office of Salhesh Region - Member District Officers
(c) Chairpersons of the District Development Committee of Salhesh area - members (d) Heads of municipalities of Salhesh region - members (e) Representatives of the district level Nepal Industry and Commerce Association of Salhesh area - member
(f) Two persons nominated by the Ministry, including at least one woman, representing from all the districts of the Salhesh region, among tourism-related businessmen, philanthropists or philanthropists - members
(G) Executive Director - Member - Secretary

(3) Notwithstanding anything written in clauses (b), (c), (d) and (e) of sub-section (2) from different districts according to those clauses Chief District Officer, Chairman of District Development Committee, Chairman of District Development Committee, Head of Municipality and representative of Nepal Chamber of Commerce and Industry as designated by the Ministry, Chief District Officer of District, Chairman of District Development Committee, Chief of Municipality and representative of Nepal Chamber of Commerce and Industry shall serve as members of the committee in turn for each year. .
(4) The term of office of the chairman and nominated members will be four years.
(5) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (4), if the chairman and nominated member do not act according to their position, the Government of Nepal may remove them from the position of chairman and member at any time. But before such removal, he shall not be deprived of the opportunity to submit an explanation.
