3 Formation of Committees

1 A committee named District Hospital Development Committee has been formed. >

a person nominated by the government of Nepal, chairman b of the relevant municipality or village development committee of the area where the hospital is located, or the chairman member of the district development committee, representative member of the district administration office, member of the representative level of the Midwestern Regional Hospital Development Committee. Repealed by 2062 Medical Superintendent Member Secretary of the Hospital 3. The term of office of the office bearers according to clauses 9A0 and 9J0 of sub-section 2 will be two years.

4 If the Government of Nepal deems it necessary, it may add or change the members of the committee by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette. 5. If the committee deems it necessary, it may invite any official of the Government of Nepal or any other expert to attend the meeting of the committee as an observer.
