Rule 18
Arrangements for Registration of Committees

(1) After the committee is formed for the first time according to rule 15, an application must be submitted to the office of the council for registration in the format as per Schedule-5.
(2) If an application is received as per sub-rule (1), the council shall register the said committee and issue a certificate in the format as per schedule-6.
(3) The chairman of the committee shall submit to the council the list of the office bearers and members of the committee who have been registered once as per sub-rule (2) and who will be re-elected after the term of office of the member of the committee has expired.
