: (1) Committee meeting will be held at the time and place designated by the chairman.
(2) The meeting of the committee shall be presided over by the chairman or, in the absence of the chairman, by a person appointed by the chairman or by a person chosen by the members of the committee if the chairman does not appoint any person to preside over the meeting.
(3) The opinion of the majority in the meeting of the committee shall be valid. If the votes are equal, the person presiding can give the deciding vote.
(4) The member-secretary shall keep and verify the record of the decision of the committee.
(4a) If the committee deems it necessary, it may invite experts or officials of any agency related to petroleum exploration or production or industry operations to the meeting.
(5) Other procedures related to the meeting of the committee shall be as determined by the committee.
