: (1) Committee meeting will be held at least once in two months on the date, time and place decided by the chairman. But if the chairman wants, he can call the meeting of the committee even before that.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), if one-third of the members request in writing to convene a meeting of the committee, the committee shall convene the meeting of the committee with the approval of the member-secretary within thirty days.
(3) The member-secretary of the committee shall provide the list of topics to be discussed in the meeting together with the notice of the meeting of the committee 24 hours before the meeting.
(4) The Chairman shall preside over the meeting of the Committee and in his absence the Vice Chairman shall preside over the meeting. In the absence of both the chairman and the vice-chairman, a member chosen by the members from among themselves will preside over the meeting (5) If fifty percent of the total number of members of the committee are present, the quorum for the meeting of the committee shall be deemed to have been reached.
(6) In the meeting of the committee, the opinion of the majority will be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting will give the deciding vote.
(7) The decision of the committee shall be certified by the member-secretary of the committee.
(8) Other procedures related to the meeting of the committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
