(1) The meeting of the committee will be held on the date, time and place specified by the chairman of the committee (2) The meeting of the committee shall be held at least once in three months.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (2), if at least one-third of the members of the committee request in writing to call a meeting of the committee, the chairman of the committee shall call the meeting of the committee within fifteen days.
(4) The secretary of the committee shall provide the list of topics to be discussed in the meeting of the committee to the members at least three days before the meeting.
(5) If more than fifty percent of the total number of members of the committee are present, the quorum for the meeting of the committee will be considered.
(6) The chairman of the committee will preside over the meeting of the committee and in his absence, a member chosen by the members of the committee from among themselves will preside over the meeting.
(7) In the meeting of the committee, the opinion of the majority will be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting will give the deciding vote.
(8) The decision of the committee shall be verified by the secretary of the committee.
(9) Other procedures related to the meeting of the committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
