(1) Committee meeting shall be held on the date, time and place specified by the Chairman.
(2) If fifty percent of the total number of members of the committee are present, the quorum for the meeting will be considered.
(3) The meeting of the committee will be presided over by the chairman and in his absence, the members present in the meeting will preside over the meeting.
(4) In the meeting of the committee, the opinion of the majority will be valid and if the votes are equal, the chairman will give the deciding vote.
(5) The decision of the committee will be verified by the member-secretary.
(6) Other procedures related to the meeting of the committee as determined by the committee itself
