: (1) The meeting of the committee will be held as required.
(2) The meeting of the committee will be held on the date, time and place specified by the coordinator.
(3) The secretary of the committee, in consultation with the coordinator, shall send a notice including the agenda of the meeting, stating the date, time and place of the meeting, at least twenty-four hours before the meeting of the committee, so that everyone can receive it.
(4) If at least nineteen percent of the total number of members of the committee are present, the quorum for the meeting of the committee will be considered.
(5) The meeting of the committee will be chaired by the coordinator of the committee.
(6) In the meeting of the committee, the opinion of the majority shall be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting shall cast the deciding vote.
(7) The decision of the meeting of the committee shall be verified by the person presiding over the meeting.
(8) The committee may invite any expert or official to participate in the meeting of the committee.
(9) Other procedures related to the meeting of the committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
