Rule 121
Committee meetings and decisions

(1) Meetings of the Committee shall be held as required.
(2) According to the instructions of the chairman, the member-secretary of the committee shall give notice to all the members at least twenty-four hours before the meeting, mentioning the day, time, place and subject to be discussed.
(3) If more than fifty percent of the total number of members of the committee are present, the quorum for the meeting of the committee shall be deemed to have been reached.
(4) The meeting of the committee will be presided over by the chairman and in his absence, the senior member present in the meeting will preside over the meeting.
(5) In the meeting of the committee, the opinion of the majority will be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting will give the deciding vote.
(6) The committee may invite the relevant experts or officers to participate in the meeting of the committee as observers.
(7) The committee will determine other procedures related to the meeting itself.
