5. Committee meeting procedure: (1) Committee meeting will be held at least twice a year.
(2) The meeting of the committee shall be held on the date, time and place specified by the chairman and the notice of the meeting shall be given to the members at least fifteen days before the meeting.
(3) The meeting of the committee shall be presided over by the chairman and in his absence, a member chosen from among the members present shall preside over the meeting.
(4) If fifty percent of the total number of members of the committee are present, the quorum for the meeting of the committee is considered to be reached.
(5) In the meeting of the committee, the opinion of the majority shall be considered and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding shall give the deciding vote.
(6) The decision of the committee will be verified by the member-secretary.
(7) The committee may invite domestic or foreign experts or consultants to participate as observers in the meeting of the committee as required.
(8) Other procedures related to the meeting of the committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
