(1) The meeting of the committee shall be held at the date, place and time specified by the chairman. (2) The meeting of the committee shall be held at least six times a year and the period between two meetings shall not exceed three months. (3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (2), to discuss If at least three directors make a written request with the list of topics sought, the chairman, and in the absence of the chairman, the administrator, must call a meeting of the committee within seven days. In his absence, the director chosen by the directors from among themselves will chair the meeting of the committee. (6) The decision of the majority in the meeting of the committee will be valid and if the votes are equal, the chairman can cast the deciding vote. (8) Other procedures related to the meeting of the committee may be determined by the committee itself.
