Section 28
Committee meeting
(1) The meeting of the committee will be chaired by the governor. (2) The meeting of the committee can be held according to the needs of the bank. But the meeting of the committee must be held at least once a month. (3) The meeting of the committee will be called by the governor. The meeting shall be called. (4) The committee may make a separate regulation regarding calling, conducting, voting, keeping minutes and other procedures of the committee meeting. (5) The person presiding over the meeting of the committee and at least three directors, if present, a quorum for the meeting of the committee. It shall be deemed to have been reached. However, one of the three directors shall be a director as per clause (d) of section 14. (6) The decision of the majority shall be considered as the decision of the committee. If the votes for and against a proposal are equal, the person presiding will cast the deciding vote.
