(1) The meeting of the Committee shall normally be held once in two months.
(2) The meeting of the committee will be held on the date, time and place specified by the chairman.
(3) If more than fifty percent of the total number of members of the committee are present, the quorum for the meeting of the committee shall be deemed to have been reached.
(4) The meeting of the committee shall be presided over by the chairman and in his absence, the member designated by him shall preside over the meeting.
(5) In the meeting of the committee, the opinion of the majority will be valid and if the votes are equal, the chairman will give the deciding vote.
(6) The matters discussed in the meeting of the committee and the decision taken in that regard shall be recorded by the member-secretary in the decision book (Minute) and signed by the members present at the meeting.
(7) Other procedures related to the meeting of the committee may be determined by the committee itself.
