(1) The member-secretary shall call the meeting on the direction of the chairman to fix the date, place and time. The meeting will be presided over by the chairman and in the absence of the chairman, a member chosen by the members will preside.
(2) The notice of the meeting should be given usually one month before the meeting.
(3) If 6 members are present, the quorum for the meeting of the committee will be considered.
(4) The opinion of the majority in the meeting will be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting will give the deciding vote.
(5) Generally, the meeting of the committee will be held once a year.
(6) The decision of the meeting will be verified by the member-secretary.
(7) Apart from what is written in this section, other procedures to be adopted in the meeting can be arranged by the committee itself.
