(1) The term of office of the chairman and members shall be five years.
(2) After the term of office of the chairman and members expires, they can be re-nominated according to section 5.
(3) If the position of chairman or member becomes vacant before the term of office expires, the chairman or member shall be nominated for the remaining term of office in accordance with section 5.
(4) If the chairman or member resigns, they shall be deemed to have been released from their position.
(5) Members who do not perform their duties regularly may be removed from the chair at any time.
