: (1) The meeting of the Committee shall be held on the date, place and time specified by the Chairman.
(2) The meeting of the committee shall be held at least once a month as per the need.
(3) If at least twenty-five percent of the members make a written request to convene a meeting with a list of topics to be discussed, the chairman shall convene the meeting of the committee within seven days.
(4) The meeting of the committee shall be presided over by the chairman and in his absence, a member chosen by the members from among themselves shall preside over the meeting of the committee.
(5) If more than fifty percent of the total number of members are present, the quorum for the meeting of the committee will be considered.
(6) In the meeting of the committee, the decision of the majority shall be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding shall give the deciding vote.
(7) Representatives of member organizations may be invited as observers to the meeting of the committee as required. Such representative invited in the meeting of the committee shall not have the right to vote.
(8) The chief executive officer shall be responsible for keeping or causing to be kept the decision book of the meeting of the committee as specified by the committee.
(9) Other procedures related to the meeting of the committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
(10) The meeting of the members shall be as prescribed by the committee with the approval of the Ministry of Allowances and Other Facilities.
