If it is found unable to perform the work required under this Act, the Government of Nepal may publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette and adjourn the Committee and appoint any person or organization to conduct the work of the Committee in accordance with this Act in its place And all work done under the rules made hereunder shall be recognized as if done by the committee in accordance with this Act.
