(1) The council will provide the necessary funds to the committee annually to implement the programs according to the action plan of the committee.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), when funds are provided to the committee, they should be disbursed on a quarterly basis based on the progress of the work.
(3) The Council shall provide funds to various committees in accordance with sub-rule (1) on the following basis:-
(a) Area and population size of the committee,
(b) Community Development Demands and Needs,
(c) the impact of wildlife on the area of ​​the committee,
(d) The contribution made by the residents of that area to protect wildlife, forest products and natural resources,
(e) Activism and participation of local people in conservation of biological diversity and community development (f) The cost of a project to be carried out in partnership in a particular area,
(g) Results and quality of programs conducted by the committee.
