8. The committee may receive donations or grants

The committee may receive donations or grants in the form of cash, property or immovable property from the following sources in addition to the Government of Nepal:-
(a) any domestic organization or person,
(b) any international organization, foreign government organization or individual with the prior approval of the Government of Nepal.
