Among the employees of the Nepal Justice Service working in the following offices at the time of commencement of these rules, the employees of other categories except the employees of specific categories shall be considered automatically grouped in the following groups:-
(a) Employees working in the Supreme Court, High Court, District Court, Judicial Council Secretariat, Revenue Judiciary and Administrative Court in the Judicial Group.
(b) Ministry of Law and Justice, Justice Service Training Center, Nepal Law Commission, Cabinet Secretariat, various ministries and departments and offices under them, Water and Power Commission, Secretariat of National Planning Commission, Parliament Secretariat, Investigation Commission on Abuse of Authority and Public Service Commission Employed employees (except Government Advocates) in Law Group.
(c) Employees working in the Attorney General's Office, Appellate Public Prosecutor's Office and District Public Prosecutor's Office and public prosecutors working in various government agencies in the public prosecutor's group.
