Rule 111
Provisions relating to contract execution

(1) When executing the procurement contract, the public body shall do the following as necessary:-
(a) After the purchase agreement, if necessary, hold a meeting (post bid conference) with the relevant supplier, consultant, service provider or builder,
(B) To prepare action plan and schedule related to contract implementation,
(c) Arranging for the opening of promissory notes within time as per the terms of the agreement,
(d) Forming a contract implementation team if necessary,
(e) To monitor the progress of the implementation of the procurement contract according to the contract administration action plan and to inspect and test the quality aspect,
(f) Handing over the construction site to the construction business and arranging access to the site, managing the revision of the purchase agreement, variation order, price adjustment, suspension or termination of the purchase agreement, verification of completion of work, payment etc.,
(g) If any dispute arises between the public body and the supplier, consultant, service provider or builder, to adopt the dispute resolution measures mentioned in the contract, in case of violation of the contract, to take action according to the remedies mentioned in the contract,
(h) Managing the financial aspect of contract implementation, including the aspect of budget and cost accounting,
(J1) The construction business must arrange to keep the details as per schedule-8 on the notice board at the construction site,
(i) Documents related to the implementation of the contract are kept in a sequential and orderly manner,
(h) approve edited work, and
(k) To submit periodical reports on the implementation of the agreement to the authority one level above.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this regulation, the purchase contract is executed in accordance with the map, specification and conditions of the purchase contract without adversely affecting the rights of the supplier, consultant, service provider or construction contractor mentioned in the purchase contract by the public body or other body supervising the implementation of the purchase contract.
